Refund and Returns Policy

At Redfin Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns and refund policy below.

Returns Period

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
For damaged or faulty goods, this period is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery.

You must contact us in writing before sending any goods back.

Conditions of Return

Goods must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Made-to-order or special-order goods are not eligible for return or refund.
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Redfin Models in re-saleable condition (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless an alternative is agreed when the return is accepted.
If you are returning part of an order, the delivery charge may not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the circumstances.

Right to Refuse Returns

Redfin Models reserves the right to refuse a refund if:

The item is not returned in the required condition.
The return has not been agreed in writing before the item is sent back.
The goods fall under the non-returnable category (e.g. made-to-order or special items).
