Description

The high degree of the motorisation of the Wehrmacht units became one of the reasons for the rapid campaigns in the initial period of World War II. Special off-road cars, which were used at the front, helped to solve combat and auxiliary tasks successfully. Light standard off-road vehicles in the versions of staff, anti-aircraft, and radio vehicles could be found in many units of the German army. The vehicles were quite complex in design which is why they were produced in relatively small amount in the Wehrmacht units – about 13,000 pieces.
