Zap-O Foam Safe CA+ is a high-performance, medium-viscosity adhesive designed specifically for materials that would be dissolved by standard cyanoacrylates. This “no-fumes” formula is completely odourless, making it the perfect choice for indoor building and for hobbyists who are sensitive to the irritating vapours given off by traditional super glues.

Pro-Tips for Foam Bonding

• The Kicker Secret: Standard Zip Kicker is NOT foam-safe and will melt your model. Always use specialised Foam Safe Kicker. If you must use regular Kicker to bond wood to foam, apply it only to the wood, let it dry completely, and then mate it to the foam treated with Zap-O.
• Laminating: When using on fibre-glass cloth or fabric, spread the glue evenly with a soft plastic spreader or an old business card to ensure total saturation without excess weight.
• Cure Times: Foam-to-foam joints take longer to set than wood joints. Use pins or low-tack tape to hold parts in position while the adhesive cures naturally.

Safety Note: While Zap-O is formulated to be low-irritant, it is still a powerful adhesive. If you have a known severe allergy to cyanoacrylates, test a small amount in a ventilated area first. Discontinue use if any reaction occurs.
