FMS is proud to release the updated Nanchang CJ-6 V2, now available in a striking new PLAAF Demonstration Team trim scheme.

Renowned for its predictable flight characteristics, aerobatic capability and robust reliability, the Nanchang CJ-6 has been the basic trainer aircraft for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) since 1958.

The FMS 1200mm CJ-6 V2 retains all the qualities that made its predecessor a favourite. Constructed from carbon-reinforced EPO foam, the airframe offers excellent durability, light wing loading and extended flight times ideal for training and aerobatics alike. The redesigned electric retract system is engineered to endure heavy landings, a common feature of any trainer aircraft.
