The de Havilland DH-60 Gipsy Moth was one of the most popular and influential light aircraft of the interwar years. Introduced in the 1920s, it became a symbol of personal aviation and was widely used by flying clubs, military trainers, and adventurous pilotsincluding Amy Johnson, who famously flew a Gipsy Moth solo from England to Australia in 1930.
