After the successful Allied invasion of Sicily in July 1943, the Allies launched an amphibious assault on the mainland of Italy in September of that year. The campaign in Italy was marked by fierce fighting and significant resistance from the German army, which had been heavily reinforced after the fall of Sicily.
To commemorate the 80th anniversary of this pivotal campaign, Dragon have selected a range of German figure sets for a reproduction. With their vivid poses and attention to historical accuracy, these figure sets are perfectly suited for use in dioramas depicting this period.
