Following the American flight trainer T-28 and the Chinese CJ-6, FMS proudly introduces the European flight trainer: the PC-21. Designed to 99% scale accuracy, this aircraft faithfully replicates the appearance and proportions of the real machine.

The full-scale PC-21 is a versatile platform used for basic flight instruction, advanced training, full mission management, and simulation/emulation exercises. To support these roles, it incorporates a powerful, adaptable and cost-effective integrated training system. It is easy enough for beginner pilots to handle, yet challenging enough to suit advanced users. FMS has captured these same qualities in the 1100mm PC-21.

The FMS 1100mm PC-21 comes equipped with retractable landing gear (front and rear) and functional flaps, enhancing the realism of take-offs and landings. Powered by a 3536 motor and 40A ESC, the aircraft delivers excellent performance and power. Despite having a wingspan of 1.1 metres, the long fuselage gives it a presence comparable to a 1.4-metre model, making it feel larger in flight.

Premium Packaging with Anti-Collision Protection

FMS pays close attention not only to aircraft design but also to packaging. Each model is securely enclosed in a high-quality CNC-moulded foam box, precisely shaped for a snug fit. Extensive 3D modelling ensures strength and detail, while crash testing is carried out across all four angles and six sides before production begins. This stage is, as you might imagine, one of the more enjoyable parts of our work.

Tool-Free Assembly in 15 Minutes

This model requires no glue. Thanks to a thoughtfully engineered design, the aircraft can be assembled using only a few screws. Experienced modellers can complete assembly in under 10 minutes, while beginners may need around 15 minutes to get airborne.

99% Scale Appearance

After over a month of detailed research and data gathering, FMS engineers recreated the PC-21 with meticulous attention to scale. Every skin line, rivet, and colour was carefully replicated. Features such as the five-blade propeller, retractable landing gear, working flaps, and a scale pilot figure add further authenticity and presence.

Latest High-Ratio, Low-Density Foam

Unlike many models on the market that use low-ratio, high-density foam for cost savings, the PC-21 is made from the latest high-ratio, low-density EPO 52 foam. This reduces overall weight by approximately 15%, improving flight performance significantly without sacrificing structural integrity.

Environmentally Friendly, Water-Based Paint

Traditional oil-based paints can lead to corrosion in high temperatures, are harmful to health, and damage the environment. The PC-21 is painted using high-quality, water-based paint that is non-corrosive, safer for users, and better for the environment. This paint also helps protect the foam structure under various weather conditions.

A Smooth and Responsive Flying Experience
