DETAILS

UHU POR is a quick-setting special adhesive for bonding expanded polystyrene, e.g. Styropor also in combination with other materials. It forms an elastic adhesive film which is highly resistant to age and which is colourless and waterproof.

Personal safety

UHU POR contains volatile, easily flammable solvents, appropriate precautions should therefore be taken during working and storage.

Surface requirements

The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.

Directions for use

The adhesive is normally applied to both surfaces. The period of adhesion depends on the quantity of adhesive applied and the absorption capacity of the material for bonding. Firm adhesion is obtained between 5 and 20 minutes after application. The correct moment for joining has been reached when the adhesive, gently touched with the fingertips, has become touch-dry (so-called finger test).

After use:

Stains/residue

Light petrol should be used for the removal of smeared adhesive and the cleaning of working tools (brushes etc.).

Storage conditions

Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
